This week, I've been watching what I eat until last night, when I remembered the 5 frozen sugar cookies at the RC. No matter that is a cold, dreary night, I hop in the car and drive to the RC and retrieve the cookies and come back to savor their flavor. However, this morning, I awoke with a sugar hangover. I feel listless and my body is not responding well to the tasks I give it to perform. Why, oh, why(as the country song goes) do I give in to momentary thoughts and send myself spiraling out of control? Was I too tired? Was I disappointed by something? I'm not sure. I'll have to think about last night for awhile.
